The Ledga app and this website, including their software, text, design, graphics, illustrations, the Ledga name and the Ledga logo, are owned by Bjorn-Donald Bassey and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act 2022 of Nigeria and international treaties.

What you may do

• Use the app on devices you own or control, as set out in the Terms of Service.
• Link to this website.
• Share screenshots of Ledga for reviews, commentary or news, as long as they aren't altered to mislead.

Anything else, such as copying, modifying, selling, redistributing or republishing the app or the website's content, needs our written permission first. Ask at support@ledga.app.

Trademarks

“Ledga” and the Ledga logo are trademarks of Bjorn-Donald Bassey.

Bank names mentioned on this website and in the app (GTBank, Access Bank, Zenith Bank, UBA, First Bank, OPay, Wema Bank, Ecobank, Renmoney and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to say which banks' alert emails Ledga can read. Ledga is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any bank.

Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google and Gmail are trademarks of Google LLC.

Open-source software

Ledga is built with open-source software, including Flutter. Those components remain the property of their authors and are used under their own licences.

Your data

You own your data. Nothing on this page gives us any rights to your emails or transactions, which stay on your device as described in the privacy policy.

Reporting infringement

If you believe something in Ledga or on this website infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@ledga.app with:

• the work you believe is being infringed;
• where it appears in Ledga or on this website;
• your name and contact details; and
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised, and that the information you've given is accurate.

We'll review every report and respond as soon as we can.
