Delete your account
You can delete your Ledga account at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period, and it can't be undone.
In the app
- Open Ledga and tap your initials in the top-left corner.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email support@ledga.app from the address you signed up with. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account: name, email address and password
- The list of mailboxes you connected
- Push notification registrations for your devices
- On the phone you delete from: every transaction, rule, category and setting Ledga stored, plus its Google sign-in
Nothing is kept afterwards. We don't hold any transaction data on our servers, so there is nothing else to remove. Data Ledga stored on another phone is erased when you delete the app from that phone.
Google access
Deleting your account stops Ledga watching your mailbox. To be sure Ledga's Gmail access is gone, you can also remove it from your Google Account permissions.
